The Food Bank Site Visit Checklist is a practical tool to help you incorporate Vivery into your agency visits and drive stronger engagement across your network. 

The included Site Visit Checklist outlines key pre-visit and on-site tasks to ensure your time with each agency is impactful and productive. 

Pre-visit tasks include:

  1. Checking the agency’s claim status in Vivery 
  2. Sending the appropriate email template—either a claim reminder with their unique claim link (for agencies that haven’t claimed yet) or a prompt to review and update their profile (for agencies that have already claimed).

On-site visit tasks include:

  1. Helping unclaimed agencies complete their claim
  2. Reviewing and completing their profile
  3. Optionally, taking pictures of their site to be added to their profile
  4. Ensuring they are aware of the free features available to them (like the Automated Website and Text Alerts)
  5. Identifying if there are any additional staff who should be added as users with access to the profile.
