If a public-facing map user enters search criteria that generates no search results, they see a message letting them know that their search yielded no results. To help direct them, Vivery offers customization options for the “no search result” message.
To view or change the “no search result” message, click Settings in the left navigation menu, then click Map Settings.

Click the List icon in the row of the map to edit, then click Edit Map.

Scroll to the No Search Results section near the bottom of the page. Check the bubble next to any of the three options to activate your choice:
-
Only Show “No Matching Results” Message
-
Show Pre-Selected Featured Locations
-
Show custom message

Only Show “No Matching Results” Message
Select this option to show the default “No Matching Results” message.
Show Pre-Selected Featured Locations
Select this option to pre-select locations that appear below the “No Matching Results” message. You may select as many featured locations as you want, but the map will only display the five closest options to the searched location.
After this option is selected, add featured locations by typing location names into the Look up location field, then selecting the desired locations by clicking Add Location. All featured locations appear in the area to the right.
To delete any locatons, press the Delete icon next to its name. Once finished, click Save Changes.

Show Custom Message
Select this option to show a custom message below the “No Matching Results” message. Consider including guidance on how a user can get help finding a location that meets their needs (for example, a link to a hotline or phone number for the support team).
After selecting this option, type a custom message in the text field that appears. Format text by using the bold, italics, underline, or hyperlink buttons above the text field.
Click Save Changes when finished.
