Engagement Email Campaign for Inactive Agencies

A four email campaign to introduce Vivery to Inactive agencies and present their options for claiming their profile

This templated email campaign is designed for food banks to use when reaching out to inactive agencies—those that currently have profiles in Vivery but are not visible on the Find Food Map

The goal of this campaign is to let agencies know they have the option to claim their profile and choose how they want to use it: either by making it live on the map so neighbors can find them, or by keeping it hidden and using it solely to keep the food bank informed and up to date. The emails are customizable and provide clear guidance to help agencies understand their choices and the benefits of Vivery.

Each of the below templated emails can be copy/pasted into your email, customized, and sent. It is ideally sent in tandem with the standard engagement emails that go out to all the Active agencies during engagement.
