How to Claim Your Profile on Vivery's Find Food Map

Your food bank's new Vivery-powered Find Food map has gone live, and now it's time to claim your profile. The good news is, this only takes a few minutes to do. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Open Your Email: In your inbox, you should see an email from Vivery. If you don't see one, make sure you check your spam folder.

2. Locate and Open the Email: Once you've located the email, open it, and look for the button that says Claim Your Profile. Click it.

3. Start the Sign-Up Process: Click the button to use your claim link to start the sign-up process for your Vibery account.

4. Enter Your Information:

• Enter your name.
• Enter your email address.
• Re-enter your email address and make sure that they match.
• Create a password.
• Re-enter that password and ensure that it matches.

5. Complete the CAPTCHA: Check the box that says you're not a robot and complete the test.

6. Sign Up: When you're done, click Sign Up.

7. Accept the Terms of Use: Once you've accepted the Terms of Use, you'll be asked to confirm the organization that you're being connected to.

8. Confirm Your Organization: If the name of your organization looks correct, click Confirm. If for some reason, this does not look correct, you can choose the incorrect option. You can also contact us at support@vibery.org.

9. Finish the Claim Process: By clicking Confirm, you'll finish the claim process. Congratulations!

10. Add More Details to Your Profile: Click Add More Details Now to go directly into Vivery to your location profile.

11. Verify and Enhance Your Profile: Verifying the information that the food bank has already entered is the first step. From there, you can enhance your profile with more information that makes it easier for neighbors to find your location and to participate in your programs.
