- Active vs. inactive organizations visibility on the map.
- Open hour coverage across your network by week and month.
- Agency engagement insights through profile claims.
- Profile completeness across your network, including food program features and location features.
This information helps decide which filters can be activated for neighbors on the FindFood map.
Client Activities Dashboard
This dashboard focuses on how neighbors use your FindFood map. It allows you to:
- Track the number of searches and popular filters used, such as day of the week and food program filters.
- Monitor actions taken by neighbors, including clicks to call, get directions, visit websites, download, and access custom links.
This provides insights into community needs and search behaviors.
Data Updates Dashboard
This dashboard provides visibility into profile updates across your network, including:
- Updates at both location and program levels.
- Identification of who made changes, whether it's your team or agency admins.

SMS and Auto Site/Feature Overview Dashboard
This dashboard shows which agencies are using text message alerts and automated websites. It includes:
- Agencies with text alerts activated, contact uploads, and message counts.
- Agencies with automated websites activated.
This provides insights into the use of Vivery's communication tools and identifies agencies needing assistance.
Claimed Organizations Dashboard
This dashboard displays the number of organizations that have claimed their profiles, including both active and inactive ones. Features include:
- Full list of unclaimed organizations with unique claim links.
- List of claimed organizations with claim dates.
